There Is No Mess In Osun APC, We Only Have A Conflict Of Interest- Ajao Adekola
The newly appointed Caretaker chairman of Egbedore South LCDA, Hon. Ajao Adekola, has debunked the claims of mess in the Osun APC.
Ajao said this on Tuesday, in Oshogbo, while responding to questions from the newsmen over his reappointment and swearing-in as the chairman of the Egbedore South LCDA, State of Osun.
Hon. Ajao Adekola
According to him, he identified the current happenings in the state's APC as just a mere conflict of interest and also urged all those involved in the conflict to shed their swords.
“There is no mess in Osun APC, what we have is a conflict of interest and if you look at the history of our party, whenever there is crisis, at the end of the day we always resolve every conflict between us.
I want to believe the party leaders are working behind the scene to make sure this is a thing of the past and I want to call on all the gladiators to shed their swords, because we are here today, not because we are the best, not because other people can not do what we are doing but because people believe in us that we always put their priorities before our own priorities and that is why they continue voting for us." he said.
However, Adekola also appreciated God, The Governor of the State and Osun APC leaders for his reappointment also urged those who will be working with him to do the will of the people,
he said,“ I thanks God for counting me worthy to be here today, and also thank the party leaders who count me worthy of selecting me to come here again, it's not always easy in my own local government where everybody wants there sons and daughters to be at the helm of the affairs.

So if all of us can imbibe the culture of no permanent enemy or permanent friend in politics, it's all about interest. so, it's about accommodating everybody in your plans and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I'm going to run an open administration where everybody has their say. The minority will have their say and the majority will have their will done.
I will make sure I carry everybody along and by doing so, I believe they will have a sense of belonging and they will be able to work together."
