Osun NIESV Felicitates With Governor Adeleke 

Osun Chapter of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, NIESV felicitates with the state Governor, Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke on his inauguration as the 6th Executive Governor of Osun state.

The Institution Chairman in Osun, ESV Adekunle Adedoye attributed his victory and acceptance to the love and belief of the good people of Osun in him alongside the impact his family is known for.

While calling to the good people of the state for strong support of the Governor to achieve greater success, it advocated to the government to appoint a Estate Management and Valuation professional on issues relating to land matters, as it pledges it cooperation to the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke.

The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Osun State Branch can partner with new administration in the following areas; Asset recovery, Valuation, land Acquisition and compensation, feasibility and viability study, property management, facility management and general real estate consultancy.

The association also congratulated the wives of the Governor, the Secretary to the State government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye, the Chief of Staff, Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye and the Spokesperson to the Governor, Mallam Rasheed Olawale, it asked for their loyalty and outstanding support in the discharge of duties.
