Ile-Ife Flyover And State Infra Plan: Gov Adeleke Deserves Our Accolades - Osun NIESV

With history being made by Governor Ademola Adeleke in the ancient town of Ile-Ife, where construction of a flyover at Lagere was flagged off, the Osun state branch of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers has declared accolades for the feat achieved by the government. 

This is as the association led by its branch Chairman, ESV Adekunle Adedoye M.Tech, FNIVS, RVS, applauded the governor for believing in development and for being a model of good governance in Osun state.

The disclosure was made by executives of Osun NIESV, at the meeting of the professional body held to assess the recent Infrastructural development project by the people loving governor.

The body, who pointed out that the administration of the incumbent Governor Ademola Adeleke, which keeps embarking on landmark projects beyond the expectations of opposition and everyone is laudable.

This shows that indeed, "the Peoples Democratic Party Flag bearer in Osun governance wholeheartedly loves the state, and wants the best for it in all ramification."

According to Adedoye, Governor Ademola Adeleke has raised the standard of governance in Osun, and in his two terms, the state will be lifted, infrastructurally and, economically among others.

"His actions is touching all, and we believe in him, and pray God strengthen him more to complete the tasks embarked upon by his administration, we are so proud to be associated with his government.

"We as, Estate Surveyors and Valuers NIESV professionals saw what he has started in the heart of Ile-Ife as history in the making, congratulations to Ojaja, the Ooni of Ife HIM Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi and the sons and daughters of the town. 

"Governor Ademola Adeleke is the first government in Osun state that will embark on huge infrastructural development project in Ile-Ife without being coarse to do so, we call for continued support for his administration.

"Notably, the Infra Agenda plan to change the economic fortunes of the state for the better, with construction of 55.86km roads in the 30 local governments and area office is realistic and commendable.

"The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers will always partner the government in development valuation works, infrastructure management among others."

Also worthy of mention is the dedication to duty of agencies in the government: the Ministry of Special Duties, Works, Lands and Physical Planning, Environment among others, they are all appreciated. 

This government of Ademola Adeleke is amazing, and it deserves our accolades, everyone can verify its good governance, just take a look around the development in the state- Adedoye stated.
