EMGS Old Students Celebrate Alumnus Principal, Adesokan on Retirement

The retiring Principal of Ede Muslim Grammar School, Mr. Moshood Adesokan popularly known as Ọmọ Odo Agba  has been described as a desciplinarian who changed the hitherto narrative of the school from a breeding ground of thugs to a training ground for future leaders.
The President of Ede Muslim Grammar School Old Students Association, Alhaji Olatunde Bello stated this in a congratulatory statement he personally signed to celebrate the Principal who is bowing out of service on Wednesday 17th of April, 2024. 

Alhaji Bello said the retiring Principal who is an alumnus set of 1981 was brought in at the time when the school had lost its glory of academic prowess to thurgery and youth restiveness.

According to him, Mr. Adesokan is now leaving Ede Muslim Grammar School as a centre of academic excellence with discipline and high moral standards behind.

The Old Students Association therefore prayed that God will grant him good health and sound mind to enjoy his retirement.

It would be recalled that Mr. Adesokan was a classmate of Osun State Governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke who graduated from the school in 1981.

His active roles in the development of the Old Students Association was described as second to none.
